At the end of 2015 the roaming fees within EU Single Market of telecom should disappear and net neutrality becomes a reality according to a proposal from the European Parliament in 2014. Now the member states of the EU trying to rewrite the proposal in favour of their big national telecom operators. The struggle between the EU-Parliament and the Council of Ministers is intensifying where the latter works for several exceptions of the general rule of no roaming fees cross EU-borders and net neutrality.
