In this digital age, L&D (learning and development) is an inevitable part to accomplish R&D (research and development) and innovation. To improve this deficit the 2017 Global Human Capital Trends report identifies eight points for successful transformation into the requirements of the digital age, including evaluate internal mobility and review the organization’s job architecture etc. In this development edtech is one of the most important drivers to make this possible with its collaborative interactivity and accessibility and analytics.
