India is one of the most important countries for outsourcing of eLearning projects from US, Australia and Europe. But according to a report from UK-India Business Council India is now also the second largest market to sell eLearning despite its low rate of internet access. India has only 16% Internet penetration in comparison with 45% in China, and 84% in the US.
