Latest News: Design in Tech Report 2016 – STEM has to adopt an A

“Design isn’t just about beauty; it’s about market relevance and meaningful results.” With this background it is time to rethink education is some of the main conclusions in the “Design in Tech Report 2016”. This should be seen in the light that 89% of the companies believe that customer experience will be their primary basis for competition by 2016, versus 36% four years ago, according to Gartner Report. This means that it is time for design to give steam to STEM-education. Science, technology, engineering and mathematics has to adopt art to be fully adapted to the 21st Century demands. Some school’s is already STEAM-schools but many are still lagging behind in offering what the market demands.
